Henry Gonzalez has more than 25 years of experience as a senior marketer in the CPG sector. He brings a deep knowledge of the dynamic food and beverage space from his leadership positions with global brands, agencies, and vendor partners. He has held multiple leadership positions for leading restaurant chains, food manufacturers, and prominent ad agencies.
For nearly a decade, Henry led major global accounts for CPB (Crispin, Porter & Bogusky), one of the world’s leading ad agencies at the time. While there, his clients included Burger King, MetLife, and Aspen Dental. Later, at Zimmerman Advertising, he led the Michaels Arts & Crafts business and helped pitch and win McDonald’s Co-Op business in three regions.
Henry has served as CMO and head of international marketing, driving growth for leading DTC and B2B brands (Costa Farms, Burgerfi, and Dine Brands) across the globe in various industries during periods of strong growth for all brands. While at Costa Farms, he led marketing and category management teams in developing new products, brands, merchandising, and promotions to support top retailers, including Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ikea, Kroger, and others. He is based in Miami.
